I am searching for an app that will auto time shutoff of all hotspot activity, An App that functions just like the iheart radio sleep timer. . Even better would be something similar to the Beetmobile app for Ms Windows. Any suggestions

In iOS you cant Force on System Settings by an App in Non-Jailbroken Devices
You will not find one as this is not possible with iOS sandboxed system, sorry.
