Phone Numbers in my iPhone Look Weird

Well, so my dad gave me an old iPhone 4S after I broke my iPhone 5 and everything's fine, just I noticed that when I tried to add a number to a contact, it looks kinda weird.. Instead of looking like this, 123-456-7890, it looks like this, 12-34567890. I don't know what's wrong, or how I can fix it. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Check your

Settings > General > Language & Region > ???

Didn't help. Region is US. Language is English

Make a change in Region (example Australia) and test.

do a force restart: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

Change it back to U.S.

Is it still happening?
