ICloud Drive and Restriction of Backward Sync

I am using MBP13 (2015 version) and I subscribe to iCloud Drive in addition to Dropbox.

I will like to set-up my iCloud Drive to AUTOMATICALLY back up all my files and folders from my MBP into the iCloud Drive while RESTRICTING the backward sync into MBP. I want to be able to approve changes (edits or deletions) made on other devices before being allowed to update my MBP.
