iPhone 5 reminders not working.

I Go in and click the + button, and create a new reminder. Nothing shows up after selecting done, and the reminder never comes on. Everything was working fine until 2 days ago. Only thing I have done recently was to remove, & reinstall an email account to get rid of phantom emails. That works fine, but reminders quit working. I have exhausted all settings trying to find a fix, & rebooted iPhone several times. Here is a screenshot of the reminder ap after just setting a reminder a few mins ago. Nothing showing up. Hi couponrunner34,

I understand newly created reminders are not showing up on your iPhone. Is there a chance that the Reminders were tied to the email address you deleted? When you tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars on your iPhone, you will see a list of accounts and what features are associated with them. Do you see your iCloud account? When you tap on it, is Reminders enabled (green button)? The resource below will provide more information and troubleshooting steps regarding these initial questions.

Thank you judysings. This worked for me. The odd thing is that my wife and I both have the same phone, and hers is unchecked, and mine is checked now. I looked at her settings prior to posting here to make sure they were the same, and they were. Only thing I see different is we have different email carriers. She has only a gmail account, while I have, hotmai, yahoo, and a lotus account for work. Oh well, as long as it works I guess it's right.

Tthank you
