Most Apple products come with 90 days of complimentary phone support and a one-year limited warranty. We recommend that you check your coverage before contacting Apple.
You will need your serial number. Click your Apple menu then click About This Mac then make sure the Overview tab is selected then click: System Report. The serial number is on the right under: Hardware Overview
You can make a reservation at a Genius Bar in advance.

May 14, 2016 10:18 AM in response to Ephi Gabayby ozarkpirate,It is an issue that occurred after last update. We all have it (Macbook Pro Retina 13" Early 2015 build). I have a thread on here along with many others. Waiting for Apple to address this or at least acknowledge the problem.
