how can i activate my iphone 6s?

please sir i tried to set up my phone but it keeps saying SIM NOT SUPPORTED. please what am i going to do to activate it?

iPhone 6s, iOS 6.1.6

So you have to Contact your iPhone First Carrier Support to Unlock your Device because your Device is Carrier Locked.
