Q: Internet recovery not working

Basically, I am trying to Internet recover my MacBook Pro. I connect to the Internet just fine, but nothing happens after that.

Some minutes go by and it comes up with and error code (-F2002) and tells me to go to apple.com/support.

please help as I have no other way around this.
