"TiVo" ESPN???

Hi:

Sorry for such a dumb question, but here goes:

We just bought a brand new AppleTV and installed the "Watch ESPN" app. We get our cable service from Comcast/Xfinity.

When a better internet provider arrives, we would like to cut the cable with Comcast. Pretty much the only thing I regularly watch on cable is ESPN's SportsCenter. RIght now I TiVo the last 3 shows of SportsCenter, so that at whatever random time I wish, I can watch the latest episode and zip thru the ads (love that feature!).

I have the "Watch ESPN" app working on AppleTV, but is there a way within that to "TiVo" (as a verb) on a regular basis and store the last 3 shows of SportsCenter and then call them up later on the Apple TV? The idea being that if this is possible I can eventually bag Comcast and TiVo and get the same benefits from AppleTV and the "Watch ESPN" app???

Thank you very much!
