Q: photo does not migrate my iphoto library

I got a El Capitan MacbookAIr and tranfered everything from my former Yosemite Mac book Air through Time machine. Today I need pictures and open Photo for the first time. It pretends it's importing my library bur progression has been 0 for over an hour.

Apple support does not get it but the guys are disconnected before we can get to a solution. Any idea?

When photo opens it tries to import a photolibrary in Library. The only iphoto library that we have been able to identifiy is on images. Maybe a clue.
