May 14, 2016 9:18 AMby Rousselle16,I unable to sync my iphone to my laptop to allow for me to change the music that is sync'd to my iphone, every time I try an connect through USB nothing happens. I have tried resetting both devices, I even uninstalled itunes from my laptop, both devices are up to date on any updates. The only thing that happens is that a pop-up will appear for me to sync/download my photos from my phone to my laptop
