MacBook Air won't turn on

Hello Lady and Gents,

I got my MacBook air in December 2015. So last month I had this problem after the fan was being really loud and slow computer and was told it was water damaged, so I paid to fix it. Then last week I got a new MacBook charger from Apple cause my charger was eaten by a bunny. So last night I was watching Netflix on my computer and fell asleep and when I woke up and tried to turn it on, but it wouldn't turn on. So I plugged it in, and tried to turn it on, but nothing at all. The charger cord blinks from orange to green for like 3 seconds after I hit the power button but besides that nothing else happens! I tried SMC reset, and every othe combination. I know I will probably have to bring it in but I'm out of town so I'm hoping someone has some kind of idea.
