May 14, 2016 9:14 AM in response to Alviesingerby Demo,The first thing that I would do is to try a forced restart. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo on the screen. When the iPad starts up, try one of the apps.
The second thing to try is to download another app - any free app will work. Then See if the other apps open.
