Ok so this is frustrating as all ****.. Whenever i try to add more music to my iPhone or update any of the songs on the iPhone, iTunes updates the entire iPhone and it takes forever. iTunes will go through the entire library on the iPhone and re-add all the album arts.. Even if i try to add just one song to the iPhone it'll take a good 20mins bc iTunes is updating the entire phone.. Any way to solve this??

Yes. Open iTunes, Preferences, Devices and put a checkmark next to "Prevent iPods..... from syncing automatically"
i did that and when i went to update the artwork for an album its going through the entire library again and iTunes is "updating files on iPhone"
this even happens if i just delete an album off my iPhone. i just deleted one album and its taking about 10-15mins to update everything on the phone....
Do you have a PC or a Mac? If a PC you could try reinstalling iTunes as it may be corrupted. What you describe is not the typical behaviour, of course.
