forgot restrictions pascode how to change it

Hello,

My restrictions are "On" but i didn't turn them on. Now it wants a passcode. I don't know this passcode! How can i change it because i need to reset my settings!

Please help me!

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.1

Unless you can figure out who had access to your phone and set the passcode and have them remove it, you'll need to erase the device and restore it as new:
