Managing Missing Devices

My wife's iPhone does not appear in the "Manage Devices" page in iTunes. She is also attached to the Family Share however her purchases do not show up on the account. I'm also not seeing my updated iPhone in the manage devices section either. I do see my last 2 older iPhones though. I'm guessing these issues are related.

Is there a way to manually add her device so that her purchases/etc sync with the family share account? Is there also a way to add my new iPhone so that it shows as well?

Thanks for any help,

Airport Extreme 802.11ac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), iphone 6 and iphone 6S+

To the best of my knowledge, the only place you would see your wife's device would be under iTunes when it is signed in to her Apple ID. Manage Devices is a list of devices associated with a specific Apple ID.

As tt2 indicated, to associate your devices, you would need to do one of the things on the list he provided.

For your device, are you signed into the same Apple ID on iTunes that you are signed into on your device?
