Networking With MOCA (2 Extremes/2 Express)

So I've been using Moca for awhile with 1.0 but just got some new 2.0 adapters. I set them up and while doing this also changed the location of the primary cable modem to my office. I have one airport extreme in my office with the cable modem, one in the living room, and two expresses in different parts of my home to extend the network.

What I'm not clear on is now that I've switched the primary extreme to the one in my office. How should the one in my living room be set up now that the cable modem isn't there? Its still getting a wired connection into the airport extreme from Ethernet connected to the Moca adapter. Should it be in bridge mode and if so should it extend the network from my office or should I create two new wireless networks on that one. Or do I create two new ones with the same names as my existing regular and 5ghz network? Or should it be in DHCP only mode instead of Bridge?

I'm very confused and want it to have the fastest connection for the wired and wireless devices connected to it.

So right now visually I have:

Office:

Cable Modem ---- Moca Adapter ---- Airport Extreme AC ---- wired devices & wireless devices

Living Room: (this is my primary concern, want to make it as fast as possible and not sure if it should be bridged/or if need new wireless networks)

Moca Adapter ---- Airport Extreme ---- wired devices & switch & wireless devices

Kitchen:

Airport Express extending Airport Extreme AC in office

Sun Room:

Airport Express extending Airport Extreme AC in office

Studio:

Mocha Adapter ---- Wired device and wireless devices connecting to Express in Sun Room

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

Should it be in bridge mode

Yes.. that is the easiest.. although static IP is alternative.

should it extend the network from my office or should I create two new wireless networks on that one.

You must create a wireless network.. if you attempt to extend it can crash the whole network.

do I create two new ones with the same names as my existing regular and 5ghz network?

The name can be the same as the office or different.. that is entirely up to you.
