when I try to use my iphone to purchase something on app store, it keep telling me "credit card processing is temporarily unavailable" even all the information I have typed in was correct. and I am pretty sure I have enough credit in my credit card. it is really annoying. please help me.

Note: You can only use the credit for your country iTunes Store, you cannot use to download any apps from another country iTunes Store.
MY country and region setting is New Zealand , I have try two bank cards which are issued in New Zealand
Only valid credit card is accepted.
I Have been using those two cards for a long time.
Time has changed.
