Q: At&t refill and go help

I have an iPhone 4s that used to be my moms. It is locked with At&t and her contract is over. I was wondering if the At&t refill and go can replace my moms old contract. Will it work. Can I please also have some support on it. Thank you

The phone is probably also on your mom's iCloud credentials
If you want to use it - have her take the following steps

What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you want to continue to use AT&T - that would be fine - if you want to go to another GSM carrier - you have to get AT&T to unlock the phone
