Adding Talktalk email to Ipad
IPAD - IOS 9.3.1
A friends' talktalk email was working perfectly on their ipad until recently. They are still receiving messages via their Iphone 4 but not on the ipad, following the relevant help sections from apple and talktalk they deleted the email account from the ipad and tried to re-add it. However now they are receiving the message "This Gmail account is already added. This (null) account has already been added to your ipad"
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
Unfortunately I don't know, and they are unable to tell me what Ipad version they have.
