Q: where is the name of my OS stored?
I want to download game software that has specific system requirements. I need to know the system information, which I have found quite happily, but it doesn't say there the name of the OS, which apparently has to be Yosemite. All I can see as a name is Darwin. Is this where I would normally find the name Yosemite?
It's quite important I have the correct system requirements, as the game software is non-returnable and non-refundable. I'm not sure about you guys, but I don't want to fork any amount of money for a game I can't play or give back.
