i sign out my icloud id then i enter my new icloud id and ereas my iphone 4s setting and deta form my iphone, but now i can't enter my iphone it want another icloud id and password.it's a big problem to me.

Then you can no longer use the phone, it's locked.
this is not fear i used it from 2 years , why it going to happen to me, i am the legal owner of it. it's very bad system why second hand user are suffer of it
