itunes network issues

My itunes wont connect to the internet. I just got a new 5s and I want to connect to itunes. It keeps telling me to check network connectivity and try again but my internet is working just fine. I am running windows 10 and have no secuirty programs or firewalls on. I have reinstalled itunes about twice now. Please help.
