I see both .local and another (.core?) domain in use? I'd not use either one of those here.
Please don't use .local (mDNS) as your server domain. Please either use a domain that you've registered, or a subdomain of a domain that you've registered, or a domain or subdomain that you have the permission of the registrant to use. Making up a domain name is already very hazardous and making up a top-level domain — such as .core, if that's what is in use here — is getting tougher, as there are thousands of new top-level domains coming online. .core isn't currently one that's online, but it would not surprise me to see it eventually come into use.
If you do want to use .core here, you're going to need to get .core set up in your local DNS — or any other domain that you're "inventing" here, or any domain that you're serving local names and addresses for when NAT is in use locally — and then set the local system and any clients on the local network to use the DNS server box — probably this Mac? — as the DNS server. This via System Preferences or via the local DHCP server settings, or both.
