Q: need to recover my Apple ID

have the account of my wife on my MAC AIR. For this reason I cannot access my machine. command + R will not lead me to my apple ID and my data. How can I install my system with my apple ID on my machine?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

command + R does not show content of time machine, shows field to insert code to block other accounts
If i would have link to install Capitan. my apple ID is valid and works
Guess my time machine is defect. Used the wrong back up
