Setting departure or arrival time in Apple Maps

OS X El Capitan on Macbook Pro 2012 and iMac late 2015:

Can I change the departure time/set desired arrival time within Maps? Google traffic will provide estimates/routings based on average traffic patterns. I'm looking for a Maps equivalent.
