How to replace an audio track

How can I replace a low quality audio track for a high quality one on Final Cut Pro X? For instance, the audio of the film, by a quality audio recorded simultaneously?

Once I synchronize the clips, I cannot see the two tracks in separate, and eliminate the unwanted one, as I could do before (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qfIe6GbkzY). It does not work like that anymore, and I do not know what to do!

If this is a multi clip, you can open it in the Angle Editor and click the speaker icon on the clip which has the audio you want to disable.

Thank you for your answer. But when I was about to try it, it occur to me a simple thing: I gave a right clip to the synchronized clip, and the option "option in timeline" appeared. I chose it, the clip went down to the timeline, and , o miracle, there it opened with the two visible audio tracks.

I highlighted the video clip, and gave it a right click, and chose the option "detach audio". Once the low quality audio was detached, I deleted it, and now the video has a quality audio track! Halleluia!

If you just drag the synchronized track to the timeline, this does not happen!

What I meant is:

I gave a right clip to the synchronized clip, and the option "OPEN in timeline" appeared. I chose it, the clip went down to the timeline, and , o miracle, there it opened with the two visible audio tracks.

I highlighted the video clip, and gave it a right click, and chose the option "detach audio". Once the low quality audio was detached, I deleted it, and now the video has a quality audio track! Halleluia!

If you just drag the synchronized track to the timeline, this does not happen!
