Hi ,I have a 2007 iMac desktop .It starts to load when i switch on the computer but then I get a circle with a stroke in the middle. please help.Thanks Nash

Click here and see the ‘prohibitory symbol’ section. If you’re running 10.6.8 or earlier, you need to use a DVD instead of the recovery partition.
