Thanks FoxFifth - was looking for something like this. Just wondering...I have movies - as in regular movies as well as music. Read somewhere that when using iTunes, movies, music and maybe books will not be transferred. Is that correct?

iCloud will download the purchased movies, books and music again if you back up using iCloud. If you use iTunes and you have been syncing with iTunes, you will have to sync the movies, books and music back to the device from the iTunes library on your computer after restoring the backup.

In the case of using iCloud, if for some reason the movies, books and music are no longer available in the iStores, there is no way to download them again. For this reason, I personally prefer to continue to use iTunes so that I don't have to worry about a movie, app, song, etc. being pulled from one of the Apple Stores.

Thanks Demo -- think the iTunes will be the way to go.
