Q: Bookmarks not saved in time machine

I've just formatted my MacBook Pro 2011 to install El Capitan, of course before that I've used the Time Machine backup.

Now I tried to find my safari bookmarks in time machine to restore them, and they're not there.

Is there any way I can have them back?
