I understand that you would like to get some iMessages back that are no longer on your iPhone. Now you can do that as long as you have a backup in either iTunes or iCloud of when the messages were on your iPhone. If you do, you can replace the information that is currently on your iPhone with the information from that back up. Take a look at the article below to go over how to restore from a backup.
