Airplay connection issues

Hi, I'm having a lot of problems with airplay dropping out when playing music from i tunes on a mid 2015 macbook pro running El Capitan. It happens while connected to my appleTV and my Bose sound touch speakers.It plays fine for a few minutes then starts breaking up then stops playing altogether. I can get it back but only by shutting everything down and restarting. My wireless network is working fine,i have a full signal on my macbook the whole time this is happening. I'm not that technical but can anyone help please?
