Q: problems getting icloud email since downloading OS El Capitan

I keep getting kicked off the iCloud mail server ever since I downloaded OS El Capitan...problem usually resolves itself after restarting mail - VERY FRUSTRATING!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)
