I want to get a IPhone but i do not know what kind i should get? 😕

It depends on your needs. If you are an active person, I would recommend you to get 5s model as it has very convenient size, it won't be any difficulties for you to hold it. If the main purpose for you is playing games, watching videos etc, then it's better to get 6s plus model as it has bigger screen.
Unfortunately the iPhone 5s is no longer sold by Apple in the US (although you might still be able to find it at other places). The iPhone SE is identical in size but it has much better specs. I would not get a 16 GB phone as it is likely to fill up soon, the 64 GB model would be a better choice, $499 in the US.

If the only criterion you provide is the age of the user, it's going to be a bit tough to give a recommendation. The best one for a 13 year old is the one that their parents are willing to buy and pay the monthly fee for and with Apple Care+/insurance and a good protective case.
If you give more specifics about needs and wants, it may be possible to be more specific.

My reasons for selecting a particular phone are not likely to be the same as yours. For example, I wouldn't bet the iPhone SE because the screen is hard for me to read without reading glasses. On the other hand, the iPhone 6S+ is too large to fit properly in my car mount.
What do you want in a phone? Why do you want an iPhone at all? Why not an Android? What do you plan on doing with the phone?
if se is too small and + is too big then there is only iphone6 and 6s as option
even with a screen protection sooner or later a 13 year old is likely to smash the screen so maybe
a second hand 6 16GB more storage if big games, movies and such will be required

Let me rephrase: he can't repair it properly. On phones with TouchID, the Home button is paired to the logic board. Only Apple can do that pairing. If your friend puts a new Home button on your phone, TouchID will not work. There may be other problems.
Well i want the IPhone because the Android is really easy to hack and its a bootleg phone. And im like you i want the perfect size (iphone SE is to small and Iphone 6s plus is to big.
I have the iphone 5s but the screen and home button was broken so i gave it to my friend to fix and he still has not gave me it back
Having a "friend" fix your iPhone is likely to result in disappointment. Only Apple can properly repair a Home button on a phone with TouchID.
