Q: What to do when my apple id is disable?

Im trying to update and downloads apps in my iphone, and i get a pop up saiying my apple id is disable, how do i enable it?

i Have try the iforget and putting a new password but it doesnt work!!!

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.1
