Photos for MacWith the help of two Apple Support persons we were able to identify incorrect settings on both my and my wife's computers. Now I need more HELP. I can't create a shared album to iCloiud. When I click on Create, nothing happens; no shared album appears. I/we get no email notification. I can share by selecting Mail.

Photos for Mac
My wife sent me a photo from her Mac via iCloud. I received notification but, when I subscribed, the Activity screen appeared but there was no new photo and no new shared album.
On my iPhone I did get the photo my wife sent via iCloud. I sent her a photo from my phone and she got it. So it appears the problem is an inability to share, sending or receiving, with my Mac.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

I don't know what the cause was the the solution was to reboot the computer and shared album creation capability returned! Problem solved.
