I am the organizer of our Family Membership for Apple Music and we are all on Apple Devices. I want to switch to an Android and continue my Apple Music and Family Membership is this possible?

Yes. Just download the latest beta of Apple Music on Android. It now lets you manage Family memberships and you'll have the same access to Apple Music as you enjoy on iOS/Apple devices. Cheers
