May 16, 2016 1:57 PM in response to mirandafromkentby Roger Wilmut1,It's a scam. Apple do not send out messages like this, and genuine messages always address you by name. This is a phishing attempt. Never ever follow up links in this sort of email. If you want to contact Apple or check your account go directly to the correct URL.
If Apple ever have cause to block your ID for security reasons they won't send you a message; you will find out about it when you try to log in and have to contact them yourself.
