iCloud control panel causes explorer.exe to crash at logoff
Hello all,
since 2012, year when iCloud control panel was released, i was facing a not so critical, but annoying problem that has stressed me to the point that i spent many moneys to change parts on my PC without solving anything: when i turn off Windows, a popup will appear stating
"Explorer.exe
The instruction at 0x00007FF9E25F6E29 referenced memory at 0x00007FF9DB954B38. The memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the Program."
or similar, the referencend memory could change.
The first thing everyone would think is that i had faulty RAMs, i have changed in four years four memory types and in nov. 2015 upgraded to a new motherboard with a new processors and new DDR4 ram (i had DDR3), lastly i have changed PSU, SSD, VGA. bluray drive, printer, mouse, headsets... almost everything in hope to resolve, but the problem was always present.
At the start of the month, tired and annoyed that everything i've done in the past was a mere failure, i've searched with google if someone had the same error and i've found this thread on the microsoft official forums:
A guy had the same thing and suggested me to uninstall iCloud in order to get rid of the error message, so it was the right thing because since the uninstallation i get rid of the error!!
So my question is if someone of you has the same thing and how can i report the issue at Apple, i think iCloud Photos link in My Computer is the culprit of everything!
