NBA 2K16 Will not re download

I bought NBA 2K16 on my iphone 6+ and it ran great while I had it. I deleted it a month or two later and now I am trying to download it, but it will not download. I press the download button and it either shows the circle with the stop in the middle, showing that it has begun downloading, but it never actually download. If it doesn't do that, when I click download nothing happens. I've restarted my phone, signed in and out of my account, and I know I have enough space on my phone, but it does not download. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so how do I fix it?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.1

Hi,

Try this...

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings then restart your iPhone and try re downloading that app.

If that didn't help, make sure your iPhone software is up to date. Tap Settings > General > Software Update

If that didn't help, try this support article > Download your past purchases - Apple Support

* no data is lost due to a reset
