email opened
Husband opened email & it froze the computer - can't do anything. Said to call a number, which he did & it hung up. I said not to call anyone but apple support. Trying to fix - any suggestions?

Was this message in Safari? If so, Force quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the shift key.
