Can I use my Apple Music student membership on multiple devices?
If so, how do I go about doing this?

Assuming that a "student membership" has the same restriction that an individual membership does, the answer is you can't listen on multiple devices/computers at the same time.
However, you can use the same Apple Music membership on multiple devices and computers as long as they are all signed in with the same Apple ID. (I have two iMacs, iPad Mini 4 and iPhone 6 that all share my AM subscription - just can't use them at the same time.)
