how do I uninstall isyncr from my mac?

I was trying to transfer content from my MacBook Pro to my new Galaxy Tab. I had downloaded iSyncr after searching for some options. It's not what I ended up using and I can't delete it now. I've read some other posts that talked about apps like this one being embedded in the system. Okay, but how I do I remove it? I've never had an issue like this before. I tried sending it to track via finder/applications, but I get an error saying it can't trash it because it's open. I can't see it open anywhere.

iSyncr runs on start up. Look at your top menu bar. You will see the iSyncr logo. Click on that. You will see an options menu. Change the settings for it to NOT run on start up. Then restart your Mac. After restart you can put it in the trash and not get the error message.
