New Update deletes a lot

I just installed the newest software update for iTunes.

After I turned my computer on, I hooked my iPhone back up to my computer.

iTunes did open up, but most of my music library is gone. All of my playlists are gone.

How do I get my media back?

If you still want to try to recover your library, complete with ratings, playlists, play counts, etc. see Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash. The steps in this should help you repair the library so that all content is listed in 12.4. If it still doesn't work see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates and in particular the section Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components, uninstall all components, reinstall 12.3.3 and use the same method to restore a copy of the previous library database. Stick with 13.3.3 until there is another update that purports to fix the issue.
