Q: iTunes not connecting
I have tried since March but my iTunes Store just will not connect. I get no error messages telling me it will not connect. Before the OS X 10.11.4 update and iTunes 12.3 iTunes was working properly. Last time I posted Apple did not give me a good response on how to connect to iTunes again. The iTunes Store text just stays there and the Apple logo at the top of the page does not say "connecting to iTunes Store". It is completely dark, and I have no way to access iTunes Store content. In fact, the whole application is flawed and I cannot access Internet on iTunes. I have accessed the support page on iTunes connection error but none help at all.

Anti virus software installed?
Any net monitoring apps such as Little Snitch?
If not...
- Make sure that you have the latest versions of iTunes and Safari.
- If you have a firewall, your settings might prevent you from connecting to the iTunes Store. Learn how to configure your firewall.
- Connection issues are occasionally caused by keychain issues. Use Keychain First Aid to reset your keychain.
- If you see a specific error message, get more help with fixing the issue.
If there's still an issue after you try the steps above, contact your Internet service provider and confirm that these ports and servers are turned on for your network.
