What does it mean when it says verify payment information

It wants you to provide the information necessary to verify your payment info (credit card/debit card number). If you have a card on file, you will likely need to enter the CVN number from the back, a $1.00 charge will be run on the card to verify it is active - but the $1.00 will be returned. It is merely to verify that the card is active.

If you have the option, you may be able to select NONE as a payment method.

Check card details & enter the 3digit code from the back of your credit card .
