Last week I deleted 3 parts of five of iCloud capacity. This was the situation yesterday, but iPhone reported storage totally full.
To solve I deleted an app with 185MB, iPhone reported 147 MB ??? free (in comparison to 185, sure no data restored). Yesterday.
Tday with no action between iPhone reports storage full.
I Think, that is ill. How to make healthy (german: gesund)?

I want to point out that clearing up iCloud storage space will not clear up space for your iPhone. You would need to look at the storage space of your iPhone to see what else can be cleared. Things to look at is importing your photos and then removing them and then look at your messages as well as attachments in those conversations.
