Iphone 6s - Noise

HY Folks,

i have problem with my iphone 6s. I couldn't find a similar problem in the thread.

my iphone makes a tzzz tzzz tzzz low level noise when opening for example the safari app. This noise appears when i open the app and when i scroll up and down for example!

it sounds like a hard drive noise/sound of an pc!

it is hearable for example at night in the bed when its quiet.

does anyone has the same problem?

the sound is coming from the bottom of the phone somewhere next to the speaker and the power port.

i already tried the method with pressing the home and standy by button at the sams time but nothing works!

should i do a complete reset with deleting all the data?

i have the latest ios installed.

please help me!

yours stefan

Hello stefanobi89,
I understand that you are experiencing a noise when opening Safari on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get this fixed for you.
I would suggest restoring your iPhone and setting it up as new, if you have not done so already. Take a look at the article below to walk you through backing up your iPhone, restoring it with iTunes. Then test out the issue and if it does not happen, then start with syncing your information back over.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
