Try a SMC reset:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

Install a temperature fan speed monitoring application.

Open Activity Monitor to ALL PROCESSES and set CPU to display values from high to low.

When your MBP gets hot, post images of both for review.

Run an Apple Hardware test:

Note that an error free AHT is not conclusive.

Ciao.

The data you have posted indicates that the temperatures are well within tolerable limits but the fans should be spinning a faster than just the default speed. What happens when you quit Fire Fox? Open some resource intensive applications that will increase temperatures to see if you can get the fans spinning faster.

Open the MBP and see if there is any accumulation of dust and debris. If so, clean it out.

I assume you reset the SMC.

Any results from the Apple Hardware Test?

I tried reseting SMC but failed.

I plugged in charger.

I shut down my MBP. then press shift+control+option and at the same time power button.

then release all keys, then again press power button. thats it.
