Q: Just set up a new IPHone SE - using speaker other person hears nothing!

Just set up a new IPHone SE and when calling using the speaker, the microphone doesn't work, so the other person hears nothing!

Hi. Check this website and also ask the other person to check the info there. If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support

Oops, just checked in shop, found I'd left cellophane covers on front and back, covering the microphone! :-0
