Q: when I call Apple support to reset my security questions what type of Information will be needed? like birthday social security number, or password? It's been 5 years since I accessed my Apple ID; I have my basic information; will that do?

I haven't forgotten my answers so I'm not talking from experience, and as no else has replied, but they won't ask you for information that they don't have access to e.g. social security number. The page that you posted from says :

When you call, you might need to create a temporary support PIN to verify your identity
